"Was never more disappointed then my finding the pants weren't pressed as I asked. The Emblem on the back of the jacket was gone. The two guys were foreign and obvious they had no clue what they were doing. Makes me wonder if they are ILLEGALS... The Gal I talked to wasn't much help. SHE wanted me to bring my jacket in and pay me for it, when it's a perfectly good jacket, all she had to do was give me $20 or $25 to get a new patch and have someone else Stitch the patch on. I Wasn't going to sell her perfectly good scrub jacket all I wanted was a partial refund to get it repaired. I did go out and buy a patch $8.00 and I will take her the receipt to see if this gets resolved. I do not plan on trusting her with my jacket. I'll get it Sewn by someone else 15$. Just if anyone goes there talk to an American and have your request WRITTEN DOWN NOT JUST SHOW THEM.."
