"Very nice store, but hard to get in & out of the parking area. It's on a very busy road. So, I park in the BP gas station lot by the air compressor & jot up through the bushes. I wouldn't recommend this if you're going to be in there for more than a few minutes, though."

Drew was knowledgeable, courteous, and without prompting reviewed our account and applied some promotions which significantly decreased our monthly payment. I was so impressed I tried to tip him…which he immediately refused. This was one of the most pleasant customer service experiences I’ve ever had. And I’m old!"
"Convenient Kenwood location. Very clean with nice displays and friendly service. Both times I've been there I've waited in line between 10 to 20 minutes before getting service as there is typically a line almost to the door, so plan accordingly"
"Good service, easy transaction. I had to cancel the service and return three boxes and a modem - took about 15 minutes. I even got a receipt with all the details of the equipment returned. 5 star so far - will see if the billing works as well."
