"Donnellon McCarthy disappears at the end of a contract. Working to determine a payoff balance, I was given a number in a call and then ignored. Asking to verify it, asking for backup, asking for assistance with the banking contact for a month, with no response from our direct sales rep or the sales manager. I sent weekly emails asking for updates as well as voicemails left on cell phones and work extensions. I have been trying to no avail for 45 days now. I will never use them for business contracts again."
