"I was helped by Makayla S. My wife and I went in to troubleshoot opening a business account. It was a lengthy process but Makayla was able to get everything fixed and up and running. This was after we spent multiple hours on the phone over the weekend before we went into the store where Makayla fixed everything. "The employees of this store are worse than useless. At the first challenge that arose, they made no attempt to help resolve my problems. Instead, they referred me to customer service, even though customer service had referred me to the store in person. The store on Calhoun in Clifton resolved the same issue in ~30 minutes and was helpful. I would recommend skipping the Rookwood store and going to Clifton."
"A young African-American employee ( salesman) refused to sell me a phone when I told him I didn't want to open 2 new lines, and would just pay a sticker price. Once he heard that, he told me they were out of stock ( 03.21.2024) on a model I wanted. All that in rude, disparaging tone laced with expletives.. Asked for a manager, who went inside of store closet to find a phone I wanted. Salesman realized he was in trouble, went into the closet right after the manager to let her know he was about to lose face, so she (manager ) came out, telling me that salesman made a mistake and my preferred phone model wasn't available. Immediately asked for regional manager, and that triggered the response that I can come back for my model in 2 hours as it would be requested from other branch ( just laughed at the whole cover up) Got it in 2 hours , totally defective as I found out shortlly. . Now, let what I just told you here to settle in, so you would get an idea what you' ll be dealing with, stepping into this branch."
"Kelly G. was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. I had to urgently port my number in order to enable the services that met my needs, and she helped me achieve that well before the deadline. She is technically very competent and explained all aspects of the transition perfectly. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!"
