"Anthony Finch in the service department needs some in depth customer service training. Likes to back peddle when caught in a lie and doesn’t seem like he even wants to deal with a customers issue if it regards any sort of warranty work. He needs humbled with his hat on backwards thinking he owns the dealership. Other service advisors are great and they took care of us after the way he treated us."

"It was great working with D’Arco! He is your go to man. I drove 5 hours to go look at a car that he assured me was worth it. Well, it was well worth that drive! D’Arco was quick to thoroughly respond to all questions through text and phone calls. Derrick, the sales manager that we spoke to over the phone Friday, made sure to come introduce himself in person. "Andrew, Al and Brandon all took great care of me. There was another gentleman in financing that was also very nice but I had limited interaction with him and I don't remember his name (I'm sorry!). The whole process was easy and enjoyable from start to finish. I didn't feel pressured and believe we all got a fair deal. I took a test drive on my own. When I came back I briefly spoke with Andrew and AL before I went home because they were closing and I didn't want to keep them after hours. I was sent a secure link via email to start the financing application process. I filled it out and got approved while the dealership printed out most of the paperwork prior to my arrival the next day. After a few signatures and a down payment I was off the lot in my new vehicle. I had to finish some finance paperwork via a zoom call a couple days after leaving the dealership.
