Budget Car Rental

"Absolute garbage! We ended up with a flat tire, there was no spare, no jack, nothing! We called roadside assistance, their solution. Call an Uber!!!!! When we called the police for assistance,the tags on the car weren’t even for the correct vehicle and were also expired. We ended up eating $300 out of our own pocket for a tow and a new tire because we couldn’t get the roadside to help us. They kept directing our calls to someone else. Absolute trash company and service. Any car rental place is better than budget! You get what you pay for I guess."

"They refused to rent to me because I only had a debit card (with more than enough money). I reserved this at least 5 days ago and they never asked for credit card info. They said pay there. I booked a car in Cincinnati so I could return to Lexington for MY THESIS DEFENSE and they told me I was not a round trip (I booked through the Delta website). They wouldn’t take another persons credit card either. None of the rental places in this airport tried to help us at all."

"This Budget car rental is in the airport. We rented a car here online, got here today, and were told by the guy in my photo at the desk, that corporate over-rents cars and that they have no car for us! They still show rental cars available online right now!! Do better Budget!!! We won't trust your company to rent from again. Choose another company or you might get to the airport and not have a car that you THINK you reserved thru BUDGET. ALSO, we now have to take time to call a corporate number the sales guy gave us to get our money refunded. This is a waste of the customer's time and they don't seem to care, as this is normal practice for them."

"We always rent from Budget/Avis. Great cars, excellent and helpful representatives. The accessibility across the different budget locations is great too. I was having some issue with my CarPlay and I stopped by a different location to check that and they fixed it for me without any hassle. The drop off is so simple and quick. No surprise charges which is unlike other rentals. I got a free upgrade to a sports model got a beast Dodge Challenger for the cost of an economy. Overall a great experience"

"Awful rental. Vehicle was in exceptionally poor condition, and all of the tires were bald. Had to stop several times within the first hour to put air in the tires. The rental location told me they could not provide me an alternate vehicle. Rental ultimately could not be completed as the vehicle stopped operating. Roadside assistance had to retrieve it a day early. After four days of calls to customer service, and hours on hold, there was no resolution- they refused to close the rental. Eventually I need to take time off and go to the airport to close the renal out."
