William was extremely rude he refused to do his job and look through the computer to locate my warranty. Then he stated that he did not see one in the system. I went to another location and they found it immediately also giving me my refund back for my brake pads. William was very unprofessional and obviously needs more training."

"I went to order a product online so it would be ready for me to run in the store and pick it up. Unfortunately it wasn't ready in time and I had to buy from another vendor. I was told I had to make a special trip in to get a refund. I finally find the time to come in and get a refund and the associate was having a difficult time figuring out how to process the refund. A manager came over and asked what was going on. Assuming since I overheard the associate explain I needed a refund and I'd already given the barcode associated with the order, I began to explain fully what had occurred. I was cut off and told get to the point. It was rude and disrespectful especially to women. Never go here!"
