"We rented at Cincinnati Airport on Christmas day. I've been a long time Emerald Aisle member. The selection available was great as well as the condition of our vehicle. The checkout team member was a little slow to acknowledge our presence at the booth and I would have appreciated better signage on which direction to exit, as I turned the wrong way. Drop off was simple. For me, this is the least painful way to rent a vehicle."

"I enjoy using National and can rely on getting a clean vehicle every time. I don't think they properly quantify my reward days and most airports don't have the "Executive" level cars available, which is a bummer when you look forward to that benefit."

"I love working with and renting from National Car Rentals. I have rented from Nationals several times, I am confident you an look up how many rentals I have had over the years. I love renting from National because the Emerald Club is so convenient and easy to not have to stand in a line and deal with counter representatives. This past week I rented from National at Cincinnati Covington Airport. I paid extra to rent a Premium Elite SUV. The only thing that was available was a Mazda. I needed the room for 7 passengers and did not have enough room. Very disappointed and I asked the attendant and he said go to Executive Isle it's what we have. I understand it was a holiday weekend but I did not get what I paid for on this trip."
