"UPDATE August 19, 2024: Your reply was “Please contact our customer service department so we can assist you with this matter.” I called customer service today at 9:45 AM PST to request replacement parts. I was told by a representative named Mica (also spoke to her 2 days ago and on Aug 8th) that replacement parts were no longer an option. When I requested to speak with a supervisor to escalate the issue, my request was denied. I would like to resolve this matter and receive the necessary replacement parts. It’s not my fault the parts arrive damaged. The packaging is not strong enough for item sent. And the control arm with the missing ball joint is not being checked before shipping it out. Item 93-00485 AN says "New Control Arm w/Ball Joint" August 17: BAP: A Nightmare of Damaged Parts and Terrible Customer Service I recently ordered 5 car parts from BAP and it turned into a complete disaster. The parts arrived damaged and missing components. To return the items, BAP instructed me to wait for UPS to contact me for pickup, which is incorrect. UPS requires individual return labels for each box. Despite multiple attempts to explain this, BAP insisted UPS was wrong and only provided one label for all five boxes. UPS requires an individual return label for each box. After three failed replacement attempts, BAP refused to replace the parts again. Their customer service is appalling. I was unable to speak to a supervisor despite multiple requests. I asked for the supervisor to call me back, never got a callback from a supervisor. For a company claiming 30+ years in business, their return process is shockingly incompetent. Buyer beware! The last picture is a sealed package of a control arm with missing ball joint."

"Continuing to advertise fraudulent… purchased kit that stated was for the Range Rover sport BUT WAS NOT FOR THE SPORT… I thought it was they just sent the wrong kit, but they told me, “our team is advertising it wrong & we are sorry, send back for a refund”… at the exact time the shop took my damaged AC out but had to put it back in so I could send the “WRONG PART” back to them… NO COMPENSATION & I had to pay almost $500 to put my damaged one back in…. NEVER WILL BUY FROM THESE PPL AGAIN"

"terrible experience, buy a reconditioned compressor. The product was of the worst quality and was useless, it had leaks. complete garbage. I wanted to return the product and they told me that I had to take care of the shipping, not to mention paying import taxes. Save yourself problems and don't buy from this business."

"1. Received a defective Rack and Pinion (Leaks at Pitman Shaft Seal) 2. 1 hour 30 minutes of waiting to talk to a representative. 3. Customer Representative and I couldn't agree on the resolution, so he puts me on infinite hold. (Their way of saying F%%k You) 4. I now have to return the part and will be out $110 for another wheel alignment and power steering fluid cost. Save yourselves time and money. Do not purchase parts from BuyAutoParts. - 3 Jun 2019."
