"Recently visited as part of a research project into the Ohio canal system. Lock 13 is probably one of the best restored locks I've seen in the state."

"Good! Water park for the kids, and genuine historical lock and bike or walk along canal. Very pleasent. Good restaurants in st. Mary's also. I give it a 5!"

"The restored lock is connected by a short walk from the park. It is very interesting to view a part of the extensive canal system from more than 100 years ago. The park has a section of the exposed canal with a canal boat and a covered wooden bridge. It is well worth the time to make a stop here as you are driving through St. Marys, Ohio."
