"I've been a patient of Dr Kousa for 15 years and I absolutely Love him. He is a Dr that cares about his patients. If you happen to have multiple things going on at the same time he will address all of them right then and not have you make another appointment instead because he's on a time limit. In turn you could wait @ times but he'd rather catch something important before it turned into something serious. It's almost impossible nowadays to find a terrific Dr like him. I've had a few like him and will stay with him as long as I can."

"I wish there was a way to give 0 stars. This office is deplorable. Christina, the receptionist is definitely prejudice. She is rude, extremely unpleasant and unprofessional. I arrived first, she didn't open the window, instead spoke thru the glass for me to have a seat(matey it was my afro). 2 Caucasian people came in after were checked in and welcomed. Still not even an acknowledgment from Christina. I asked her why she blatantly ignored me she said because they were already registered. So. I arrived early as asked for waiting almost 4 weeks for an appointment. She never asked my name so how could she have known that I wasn't already a patient. This is why I dislike University Hospitals health systems. They have poor representation. Wen asked for her admin number she purposefully gavee the lab phone number. I guess she didn't realize that advocacy is my profession. Hope she has enough unemployment benefits to last her, she will need them when I am done."
