"Attendant Jim B. was great! Best service I ever received there. Typically the attendants don't do much but Jim B. Prewashed my whole car with special attention to the wheels and removed some tar with some special spray cleaner. Great experience!"

"I went to Captain Clean in Harrison for first time today. I pulled up to kiosk and a gentleman named Jim B. came out explained each wash to me and what each cycle did. He was very friendly, great customer service. My car was very clean and tires even looked great. Many drive through washes leave a film or left over dirt on your car not this one. I don't do too many reviews but you don't see customer service like this anymore. He was helping everyone. Elderly lady was having trouble putting hose back on vacuum took him no time to notice and take care of it. I will be back"

"Just left there half hour ago (2:15 pm,,, 7-26-2024). Went through, the kid operating didn't even scrub the front of the car as I entered, drove through, pulled over in lot, found fresh grease streaks all down passenger car, told the kid working, he said "" what you want me to do about it" , told him send me through again, and this time he sent me through with the cheapest wash , which wasn't my initial purchase,, he didn't even attempt to grab scrub brush and try n get the stuff off, I pulled out, there was even more grease steaks on the side and now on my windows. Showed him again, instead of calling the owner like he should, he just asked for my name and number, then I had to proceed to another car wash and spend another 15 bucks to get the grease off. Highly aggravated over this. I know it's a car wash, but if you higher people that only sit, play on their phones and don't have a good work ethic or work attitude, then your business is gonna fail. We will see if they comp me for my extra money I had to spend"
