"Only had 2 claims filed, one for roof damage, no one ever came out, they sent a subcontractor due to my location, who had a complete attitude that my roofer was there at the same time and my claim was completely denied. My neighbor had same roofer, same storm damage, theirs was completely covered. The second claim was denied over the phone. I'm changing homeowner's insurance this year since I'm paying for nothing!"
