"I am writing this review at the request of my 85 yr old Aunt. At least a decade ago, she went to another place to look into hearing aids. Short version, it was not a pleasant experience for her. So much so that she went for several years without any hearing aids at all. I went with her once, I concur that the staff that day probably should not work in a field with elderly people. I finally convinced her to go to the Defiance Hearing Aid Center. I knew she would be in good hands with whoever she saw, but it still took some convincing. I then even took her myself when I came home to make her go through with the appointment. Rob went above and beyond with his time to make sure she was comfortable and understood everything. The entire staff is extremely patient and kind with their customers. There is no pressure or agenda for them to try to upsell or push any products on you that you don’t need, and I cannot recommend them enough. I think I was most happy when she told me she had an issue with of the hearing aids so she immediately called to make an appointment and go fix it! Of course it was fixed, and she’s been wearing them now for the past eight months and wow, what a difference! So on behalf of Jill… (and all of us who converse with her) THANK YOU! :-)"
