"Who ever owns this company they need to hire someone who's there it's been 3 weeks for me applying for this trailer and the process is taking way to long cuz the the property manager is not there all week they wasted 3 weeks of my time if I could give this place negative stars I would no reason I should have to keep waiting and waiting"

"We would like to commend this parks manager on a job well done!! We own a small local tree service and have been contracted to do work within the park several times. Bobbi, the park manager, takes a genuine interest in the condition of the park and the safety of the residents. She is professional, yet very easy to work for and communicate with. The residents seem to be pleased with the work being done in the park and are happy to know they have a manager that is working hard to make their community a great place to live. Keep up the good work Bobbi!!"
"My family and I have lived here for a little less than a year and we love it! Our neighbors are all so nice, plenty of kids for my kids to play with, and pretty much overall a nice and quiet little community. Bobbi is fantastic running the office! Always very friendly and very courteous. Maintenance is awesome! Have a problem and they are right on it!"
