"Customer appreciation and service is pathetic. This is not new. Came in tonight at 7pm, wishing to replace our phone. Because cracks were on the screen, not able to be traded. I get it. We have 4 phones on our plans, plus 2 watches, and customers for years. There were no "deals" to replace this horrible phone we bought at this store. All the phones were crazy expensive. They were curt, showing no care for us at all. Our decision is easy. We are going with all our phones to the competitor. We've provided T-Mobile with thousands of dollars in sales. To make us feel unappreciated, time after time, was the last straw. Again, this is how they treat us every time we come into this store."

"I cannot believe how they lied to us during their promotion. They said they will give me $400 for my trade phone and my son’s trade of $800 then I found out they only credit us $300 for both. That is pure deception. I will legally purse this and I will cancel my service with them after being a customer for the last 11 years."
