"Always good service and very good cars they're always my first choice"
"I have always gotten my rental cars from here but this will be my LAST time! I know they don’t care but thought I’d share my negative experience. One of the ladies with the black hair was super rude to me because I do smoke but I respect their cars and I did not smoke in the car. I went to the gas station and I sprayed myself with perfume before and after I get in the car because I didn’t want the car to smell like smoke. So when I pull up to Mike Albert the rude lady already had an attitude before she went out to inspect the car. She come back in and states that she will have to charge me for the smell of smoke. Again I have not smoked in that vehicle and then changes her story and said I have to charge you for the perfume smell! Never in my life have I ever been charge for smelling good! Sorry, I took the time to make sure I didn’t smell like smoke and sit in your rental car to make it smell like smoke! But it’s okay have the 250 bucks but just know on every platform you guys have I’m going to write a review!"
