"Had a great experience. Took a bit longer than expected but it was a busy day for car buyers. I felt no pressure to buy & there wasn’t much negotiation. I was treated well & all I dealt with were very nice. That was the good. Now for the not so good. Didn’t find out about 2 issues until I was committed. I only received one key which truly is a big deal for the father of a teen driver. Also, maybe even more importantly? I did mention I felt the vehicle pulling to the right a little more than it should. BUT again didn’t find out the issue was a tire with half life on the right side while having a brand new tire on the left side! Who does this? Who puts all the time & effort into such a nice vehicle only to halfway fix a problem up front. Then not let the buyer know? Might want to get a new front right tire. It would have been nice had the dealership taken care of this OR let me know the issue prior to signing paperwork. I should not have to find the problem on my own prior to or after the buying process starts!!! The key is a true issue The tire is a bigger issue"
