"Poor customer service and unreliable vehicles. I leased a new 2024 Kia for my young driver, with the assurance from the sales rep that we were getting a “safe” car. The car did not come with a spare tire and we are now 2 flat tires in with tow fees due to Kia not providing a spare tire. I specifically asked if this car was safe when we made the purchase and was told MULTIPLE times that it was and that there is “nothing to worry about”. After the first flat, I called the dealership and left a message but NO RETURN CALL! Now here we are with flat #2! Buyer beware! This dealer will take your money and then be done with you! Sad!!"

"Might be a long review but I believe it's necessary as the comparison from our prior dealership to this one is beyond imaginable. Daniel was amazing with how he handled our contract for our very new Kia Forte LXS 2024. The car is amazing everything was handled so well and they took the time to explain everything to us rather than just making us sign without explaining it like our last dealership did. "**Disappointing Experience** I recently visited Jeff Wyler Fairfield Kia for a routine oil change, expecting a quick and smooth service. However, I was shocked to discover that my passenger rear car door was damaged during the service, possibly from being lifted or during a tire rotation. When I talked to the staff about it, they were dismissive and didn't offer a satisfactory resolution, only saying, "We will call you" which they have not. I expect much better care and responsibility from a dealership, especially when entrusting them with the vehicle they upsold me. This experience has left me extremely disappointed. If this is what they consider professionalism, then I would advise others to be cautious when using their services or avoid upgrading to their "Maintenance Package" and instead use a trusted mechanic."
