Budget Car Rental

"Do not spend your money here. They tried to give me a truck with a flat tire for a 6 hour drive. Lady at the front desk was rude and basically said not my problem. “My boss inspected it yesterday and said it’s fine” They offered no solution and had no way to air up the tire. Zero customer service. I got dropped off here so I was stuck. Had to Uber to a uhaul location and had a much better experience there. Avoid this place at all costs. I got a call from corporate threatening me with fines for not returning the truck that I never even rented. This place is a mess."

"Gave us a car with no air conditioning on a hot humid day. When we call them that we will be driving back the 40 minutes to return the car, we were told they will call us back when there’s a car available. No car at all? They could have offered us a different car even if it’s a different size of what they gave us for the inconvenience. Upon reading reviews, it seems that the cars from this place are not properly checked. Read through the reviews and you’ll see. Actually just go to the Enterprise less than a mile away and give the business there. Ours was just AC, the other cars not properly inspected in previous reviews were more of a dangerous issues. Their cars are not inspected thoroughly so therefore unsafe to drive"

"Stay away from this location!I have rented from a lot of moving trucks with Budget. This is by far the worst place of them all. We reserved a 15' box truck rental 3 weeks ago. Arrived on moving day to pick up the truck that we had confirmation for. The lady working at the front desk was the nastiest person I have dealt with in a long time. She advised that they didn't have a truck and we would need to call customer service to address the location not having anything to rent. Asked if another location had a box truck, and her answer was I don't know, we are an independent location. Basically, we were bothering her by showing up with a confirmation. Update today on this horrible service: My son just called to inform me that they have now been charged $150.00. For what?!?!?! You didn't have a truck to fulfill our confirmation and we spent another hour driving further to find a truck last minute. Absolute joke!"

"I would give 0 stars if I could. I requested a 12' truck weeks in advance and upon showing up, they did not have the truck, only cargo vans. The lady at the counter was nasty and of no help. We ended up leaving and going to U-Haul, much better experience there for a last minute rental. They also charged me $150 days later for their screw-up. Avoid going here at all costs."

"The manager is extremely unprofessional. She was cursing loudly for customers to hear, gossiping to me about other customers, and charged a $450 cleaning fee for a car that needed to be wiped down and a quick vacuum to be rented again. After escalating my issues and concerns, I have not received any further communication from this company. I've never had an issue with renting a vehicle from other budget locations and never had an issue with being charged a ridiculous amount of money for a cleaning fee. I do not recommend this location as the professionalism is severely lacking and they ridiculous fees. The pictures are what I was told were excessively dirty."
