I got my car from right way In February 2024 it's September and I am STILL battling mechanical issues with my car .. getting a car from them has been the biggest mistake of my life they are complete and total frauds !!!!!! Ryan , marty , Darryl all of them stood there looked me in my face knowing they was selling me a bad car .. right now I am on the verge of having to seek legal help because they refuse to do anything to help me .. please don't trust these people because I did . And I am a victim of their bad business !!! The auto body shop they're paired with on warranty has failed to fix my car time after time.. i wouldn't recommend this place to a dead dog .. horrible liars"

"In 2021 we came to RightWay and bought a car. The experience was very hectic and there were many promises made but never completed. We just came back today to see what we could do about trading in the car we had bought and getting a lower payment as the payment we had was almost unbearably expensive. Nick Ratcliff was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Everyone in this dealership was extremely nice and helpful as well. And they got us in a new car with a way lower payment!
