Enterprise Rent-A-Car

"Tom from the Fairfield location was here today filling in. First time we ever met him, and he’s a great guy with informational and friendly sales/customer service. We had to wait a little bit for them to clean our rental, but he made the wait time enjoyable despite the location being shortstaffed."

"I reserved a car here a month in advance. Had a confirmation number and everything booked. Day of they have no cars and direct me to another enterprise location that also had no cars. They did not even call to check i guess. Their regional team/manager supposedly was going to call me back after finding an available car but they never did. It sounds like these local enterprises have no staff and need it badly."

"Worst experience I have ever had on a rental and with the employees in Hamilton Ohio. This experience lets me know enterprise does not care for its customers. Never go back. I have a future rental that I will cancel due to this experience. They say they clean and disinfect all cars is a lie. They don’t with me and I’m sure I’m not the only one and cause of that I almost died. The previous renter left a fentanyl patch In the car and ended up on me and ruined my vacation and almost killed me and they still don’t care. I talked and called corporate and nothing for weeks and I call back and get the area mgr who is still not caring what happened. I advise not to rent from them and here is a pic"

"Honestly if I could leave a zero I would. If you have anywhere to be I don’t recommend using the we will pick you up because you will be waiting over an hour even if you make an appointment. I had an appointment for 2 pm and a young couple was sharing the ride with me also at 2pm. No one bothered communicating that they would be behind and left the 3 of us sitting there for over an hour. The guy who showed up was wearing red basketball shorts with an enterprise shirt? The guy who rented me my car had an attitude problem as well because he could tell I was unhappy. I would never recommend this location to anyone."

"This location has mostly been pleasant with the exception of how they “follow their policies”, handle rates for vehicles and their system not updating availability. One time I booked a reservation through my company same day at a close time frame, and they called me telling me nothing was available. I waited until 4pm to finally get a vehicle. It’s maybe not the workers’ faults, but the system should’ve updated that it was not available until 4pm instead of 12pm. Additionally, there’s been a couple instances where I’ve had to “upgrade” my rental because they didn’t have the specific type of vehicle I requested, and in the past, they agreed to keep my vehicle at the same rate. They haven’t been doing that because of the excuse that I’ve made “same day reservations,” they can’t do that. Today, I called them directly to book a reservation for a pickup truck and they’re trying to charge me $179 for ONE day. I questioned why the price was that high and she stated because of the limited number of trucks they have, the rate goes higher, the less they have. Seems like they’re trying to scam or get extra cash, because I talked to someone at the call center and my rate was much less, even less for two days instead of one. This location needs to be investigated on their policies and how they handle them. Aside from that, the vehicles have been provided in good quality and I haven’t had any issues with them."
