"Quick easy service. When I went I was the first customer of the day so that made it easier, I'm sure. Needed a tire patched, Austin was attentive, conscientious, and knowledgeable. Thank you for being so excellent during an otherwise stressful situation for your customer."
"I had my oil changed there and had a pretty good experience with the Store Manager Dave Rogers, 1315 Main St Hamilton Oh We setup and ordered new tires. We talked about timeframe, which was told to me an hour. I allotted time and a half figuring that would be plenty of time. Not the case. 2hr and 15mins later, while being ignored or given more false times it would be ready. I didn’t receive a phone call saying they didn’t accommodate for low profile tires, even though when ordered, my car was in the shop. So much Gaslighting. Then at Checkout I explain that I’m unsatisfied due to having to cancel an appointment and won’t be returning. His response was I hope your customers don’t leave you due to one mistake."

"The new staff is HORRIBLE. They scam you like crazy and jack prices, a TON. I took my car in for an estimate for breaks and rotors. They quoted me $791.17. I thought that was too high so I called another Monro, told them what I needed and they quoted me $434.90 for the exact same thing. When I picked up my car, I asked for a printout with my estimate, it was blank. It didn't say anything about my breaks or rotors. Instead they gave me an estimate for a fuel pump ($52.37 for the pump, $152 for labor) and it said I needed an oil change and filter, new wheels and tires and an alignment. My tires are less than 6 months old. They need to bring back Chris and Tyrone."
"I saw the reviews on this location and decided to stop by to get my tire fixed. Initially I thought I would need a new tire but was told by Dave that the tire needed to be cleaned and resealed. Instead of costing me $100 ,,, I only paid $28 after a coupon was applied to my bill. Dave and his crew are professional and polite. They are honest and very informative. Best place to go to if you need your car serviced."
