"I leave zero stars if that was an option, but I don't believe it is. I made my first phone call to AAA at 217 p.m. eastern standard time. I was told that I would have a vehicle here to pick up my car by 3:49 Eastern standard Time. 350 Eastern standard Time. I called back after much discussion it was decided that my new vehicle pickup time would be 549 at 5:49. I called back and was told that my new vehicle pick up time would be 8:35 p.m.. I find this to be totally ridiculous. If anyone at AAA would like to reach out to me, I'd be happy to share the call recordings with you with the time and date stamps"

"I originally talked to a very nice lady in the Hamilton office. She transferred me to Deborah McConnell to handle my purchase of airline tickets. She was very helpful and considerate of my needs. She answered all my questions and I think she went the extra mile to take care of me. She is a real asset to your company!"
