"It was my first & last time ever going here. We went because my daughter seen a car she like. I was against going for some reason but went anyway. Upon arrival no parking spots also confused on which lot was who’s (Paul/Terry lot) but seen cars on both so was going to check it out. In the process of the guy talking about cars he had to sale & couldn’t sale because of repo etc. my car got towed by Terry.. (which there’s a guy who sleeps in his car on the side of the building to catch cars that he can get towed quickly) l was livid and felt scammed as lm standing looking around. I called the police, tow company and a friend who tows cars. My car was located asap. But the guy from Eagle tow gave me the wrong address the 1st time then when l got to the second address it was a block away. He told me it would be an extra fee now that it was after hours ( because of the wrong address given) I said no and proceeded to show id & proof of ownership. Come to find out my car was located right behind the car lot two streets over. The guy at Paul’s said Terry does this a lot. And they get the cars that are left or not found. SCAMMERS"
