"As an avid Dunkin’ coffee fan, I was thrilled to discover a new location closer to home. After finally getting the chance to visit, I had high hopes for my experience. While there were some positive aspects, there were also noticeable areas that need significant improvement. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the store was commendable. It’s clear that the management takes pride in maintaining a tidy environment, which is always a great sign. A clean store sets the right tone and makes customers feel more welcome. This particular location has a nice ambiance and is well-organized, making it a pleasant spot to grab a coffee. Unfortunately, the customer service I encountered left much to be desired. From the moment I walked in, I felt like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. The front-end staff seemed overwhelmed and slightly unfriendly, which dampened my excitement. I noticed that some employees who weren’t working the front register appeared to be trying their best to assist customers, but the lack of cohesive teamwork among the staff was evident. A little more attentiveness and warmth from the front-end team would go a long way in improving the overall customer experience. Additionally, I visited during early afternoon hours, and it was disappointing to find that they were out of several items. While I understand that stock issues can happen, it would be great if there was a better system for inventory management in place to ensure customers could get what they wanted, especially during peak hours. Despite these challenges, I genuinely believe this Dunkin’ location has great potential. With some focused training on customer service and better management practices, it could truly thrive. The foundation is in place, and I hope that in the coming weeks, the team will take the necessary steps to address these issues. In conclusion, I look forward to visiting again in the hope of experiencing improvement at this new location. For fellow Dunkin’ fans, if you’re willing to be patient during this new store’s growing pains, there’s a chance you could enjoy what Dunkin’ has to offer—hopefully, next time with a side of great service!"

"Finally some good coffee in Fairfield. Dunkin also has the best Boston Kreme. This location is clean & well lit. Staff is very friendly."

"Sign on the windows state close at 8pm. Employee closed locked door/drive thru at 745 refused service. When questioned why sign says 8pm and no service, the Dunkin’ employee responded “well we’re closed and slammed the window shut.” Not a good way to start a new business."

"I stopped going to dunkin for years, I read on Facebook that the new dunkin in Fairfield opened, I was going to be in Fairfield that day, I wasn’t planning on getting Dunkin’ but I’m glad I did. Best drink I’ve ever had from a dunkin. I got two drinks, one butter pecan latte and one mango pineapple refresher and they were both a 10/10. Will be going back to that location."
