"Went there dropped! 180 on a Samsung Galaxy s3, first mistake, leave realize it won't even dial out, go back to the store 10 minutes later, no cash refunds SURPRISE!!!! Then they push an IPhone 4 on me. Lucky me right? Spent almost an hour there for the 'manager' to program the phone. She was so frustrated she told me go home and come back tomorrow if it didnt start working 'by itself'. We call the next day to tell her its not working can you just pay our phone bills with the $180 of course more excuses. I asked her who the owner was she refused to tell me I told her I was filing a complaint with The Ohio Attorney General aka Mike Dewine. So good luck scammers time to shut your scheme"

The girl that works there saved me from having to buy another phone and she even backed up all my phone numbers and pictures so I would not ever loose them! I am not the brightest person when it comes to phones but they dont care, they help me whenever I need it! If you need help or need a new phone go here because you wont regret it!!"
