"Make sure you throughly look over anything you buy here. Nothing worse than purchasing a bike & having to turn around and spend $1600 for it to be safe to ride. I'm just grateful I saw the issue and caught it before my husband got hurt. Yes, we had it 7 weeks before you received a call. 2 weeks waiting for an appt to see what needed to be done then it was in the shop being inspected for 2 weeks. So 4 weeks with shop hold up. He wanted to give you the benefit of the doubt before calling with concerns so he waited to hear from the shop. More less wanted you aware of the issue in hopes you don't do this to another person. Even the shop said what a bad deal this was and there was no way you weren't aware of it."

"Before driving 5 hours to purchase a motorcycle I called with a couple questions. Jim was upfront about the condition of the motorcycle and kind of made it sound worse than it was. When I arrived the staff was super helpful and friendly. The motorcycle did not have a key fob so they told me that they would cover the expense of making it right. It took me almost a month to get to the dealer ship but they held true to their word. I appreciate the honesty when I called and them keeping a verbal promise a month after it was made."
