They evaluated my batteries and their were no issues and they cleaned the terminals and seems to have addressed the issue, however the attendant that took my vehicle was rude and very dismissive of my issue, but the closing agent was better and processed me with the information I needed."

"Updated from 2 stars to 5: Original visit: I came in for a oil change that I was late for due to a accident on the interstate. They were still able to get me in. However, over the next couple days my car absolutely reeked of oil. After a couple days I checked under my hood thinking maybe the filter did not snap into place correctly. Only to find my whole engine coated in oil. After checking under my car it was in fact dripping. The oil cap was missing so it was safe to assume that was the cause. Called up the dealership to report the issue. Solution: this is why I switched it to a 5 star. They did not try to strong arm me on the phone or place blaim. They ordered me a new cap to be delivered the next day. Asked me some diagnosis questions to see what shape my car was in. I was able to come in the next day. What I didn't tell the dealership is I did some tests before I came in. I checked the amount of oil in my car. I checked it for any codes. I took pictures from above and under my car. Women often report as being talked down to at dealerships. So I wanted to document everything. I'm happy to report my fears were unfounded. They seemed very nervous when I came in. Treated me well, which they have for all of my visits. I went to go sit in the lobby. To me this is the main reason for the switch in my review. They answered my questions. Their reports so matched what I saw before. The most important thing is they gave me paperwork to document everything that happened. It's one thing to make someone right to a customer. It's another when they are willing to document it. That's integrity is not an common to see now days. It's also why I'll be going back to then in the future. When makes me want to buy my next car from them."
