"Wish I had found this place years ago... A true family owned/operated dealership that cares more about reputation than they do a dollar. I recently needed a part for a Mercury Verado. The ladies at the parts counter went out of their way to research what I needed and at the end of it all, they found a much less expensive way to solve the issue. They spent about 15 minutes on the phone with me and another 20 minutes when I got there, all to sell me a $17 part. I know where I'll be going for service and new boats from now on. Places like this are hard to find!"
"Bought a $130k plus used Searay from American Boat Center. Come to find out a couple years later the boat they sold me had been repair incorrectly (serviced by them) and it cost me $16k to repair. Ryan the GM of Ameriecan Boat Center seems unwilling to take any responsibility nor empowered to help. Be careful what you buy here as you can see in other reviews they won't do what is right if a issue comes up."
"Moving to TN from out of state, we were looking to establish a relationship with a local company - we already had a boat, but American Boat Center was so welcoming to us! Their service department is great! They truly care about their customers - whether they are old or new! Easy to do business with, very friendly, responsive, and have gone over the top to keep us happy and help us whenever needed!"
"HORRIBLE AND RUDE! DO NOT take your boat here for any kind of repair. They are slow in their repairs and do nothing but make excuses. The shotty work they did in repairing my sundeck resulted in a rotten support board. They don’t even back up their work for more than six months. If you are doing a marine repair job, you would think they would use water resistant materials that would not rot. When I called to ask if there was anything they could do back up their work, they had 0 accountability, absolutely no concern for my situation. Courtney even tried to spin it and blame me. What a joke. There are wooden parts in my boat that are 10 + years older than what they used to repair my boat that have 0 defects. Their work didn’t even last a year before problems arose. Don’t do business with American Boat Center."
