"I would not suggest renting from this place. Rented a van over a week and a half out from a trip and Budget called 2 hours before pickup saying that there were no vans to rent. Then when we tell them to cancel it says we will be charged a $50 cancellation fee and if we did not like it to call customer service with MAJOR attitude. 1. this guy should be fired for the way he talked to us 2. should have called way before before 2 hours before pickup to say they did not have any vans or any area locations within budget. I checked the website and looks like prices went up and since we booked when there was a sale we got screwed. I would avoid this place if you want to make plans for a trip."
"Shawn provided great customer service and answered any/all questions. We were provided a vehicle that was super clean. The rate was of good value compared to other nearby rentals. Will definitely be a returning customer when back in the Knoxville area. Make note the address of the facility may not be what Costco shares on their site; the correct address is 3069 Alcoa Hwy."
