"I live locally and was looking for a rental to take on vacation, but made the mistake of using the rental agency in the airport. It took 20 minutes just to find a place to park. Then the long line inside. Besides the fact that they charge an extra $13 a day for additional spouse driver, they wouldn’t accept Apple credit card for payment. Went to the Enterprise location across the street from the airport for much better price and service."
"Thefty and not Trifty More junk fees than I expected. Advertised price was $67/day after fees it was about $100/day. Also, you will not get a person on the phone through their customer service by their design. It took them over 3 days to email me and they are not eager to assist."
