"Kind of disorganized and very low morale. I rented a car in Chattanooga which had to be towed with roadside assistance. The employees there did not know how to get me into a replacement vehicle and charged me over $800 for a one way rental to Chatanooga. Fortunately, an area manager got my situation straightened out when I went to Chattanooga to turn in the car. You might not be so lucky. Knoxville is a mess."

"i don’t really recommend this place to anybody ever, the service is beyond terrible to the point not even the district manager would do anything in her power to help me out. everytime i ever got a rental from there it took me 2+ hours to get my RESERVED car. i always got charged extra for no reason and 3/4 times didn’t get my money back. do not spend your money here ever, you’d have better luck just getting a car from a buy here pay here lot. also sidenote, all employees look like they are underpaid and treated like utter garbage, it’s sad. SHAME ON YOU AVIS/BUDGET."

"I am a big traveler and rented many cars. My experience in Avis over here at TYS airport was outstandingly amazing. I noticed that other counters from other companies had long lines but over here it was a speedy checkout they had four people working there very quickly giving people their cars. I also got a free upgrade which was super nice of them and added a great deal of enjoyment to my vacation. Special shout out to two employees Summer and Pam who were super helpful quick and professional. I would definitely come back here."

"The two ladies that were working the Avis Budget counter in the rental car hut in the parking garage were amazing. Very nice and welcoming. We checked our budget car in this morning and missed our flight. Even though they were out of cars she found us one and had to drive 8 hours to destination airport to get home and feed our goats just in time. Just want to say thank you Avis and Budget for getting us home! Hope this gets to the women that gave me the last car they had."
