"Love Light Aloha Hola Aho Hello When it comes to owning or renting a home there seems to always be one thing after another that needs tending to, and even if you’re a Jack or Jill of all trades oftentimes there’s a need to call upon the assistance and services of a 3rd party! Most recently my beloved (Deborah) and I needed the window frame in our library caulked, primed and painted as well as our upstairs balcony with a lake view was in dire need of professional love and attention! We had not too long ago already hired and paid someone to tend to the balcony area and they had done a deplorable job and weren’t very professional or thorough in their approach to what was required, i.e., sanding, adding a double coat of paint, etc., This time around we got three separate estimates. The first company that came seemed interested in the job and promised to send an estimate for the job but never sent an appraisal. The second company was Will from Groovy Hues who was very enamored with the beauty of our house (its style, furnishings and decorations)! The expertise of his exuberance in regard to detail was more than obvious in the way that he carefully explained the practices, processes, and procedures that would be honored and followed in completing the job in a timely and extremely detail oriented manner! His professional demeanor was so encouraging and reassuring to both my wife and I that he left a very positive and lasting impression to the point where it was as if we’d just met someone who could easily become a lifelong friend or we had just reunited with a long lost relative or family member! The third company that arrived seemed capable and also expressed appreciation for the beauty of our house…but in comparison to Groovy Hues there was a certain lack of professionalism and pizzazz to their overall presentation! The presentation delivery and fulfillment of one’s professional skills, talents and services is crucial… and Groovy Hues has what it takes!! The estimates we received from the two companies were in the same ballpark so to speak…but truth be told or left unspoken, it was the genuine personable and professional mannerisms and detailed expertise that Will of Groovy Hues exemplified that made all the difference in the world!! The workers politely and cordially arrived on time, worked diligently and in two days time the work was finished in phenomenal superb fashion!!!
