"Wish I could give no stars after weeks was charged $450 for a fee for some dust in the car. Never had this issue and I rent many cars. Never giving them our business again"

"Do not waste your time going to this car rental place. it is only one person working at the office and there is not respect to clients. There is clown by name Michael working at this yard, yard yes it is a yard not a car rental place . Michael tells customers it is private owned company and sits by the desk under Avis /Budget sign .All the time he is on a phone with someone. Do not waste your time going to this "car parking". I reserved a car via phone and Michael told we need to wait till next day because system issues he had 10 cars parked outside and told where is no cars for rent available, after I was dealing and asking for my car 3 more couples arrived with the same issues . This guy does not know how to run car rental place at all .Reserved car by the phone with AVIS paid money got confirmation about car available. Drove to this gravel parking to pickup my car and this guy told me where is no car at all. There is no customer service at this place at all , he explained because it is private owned they have sign on one of the windows and Michael was having troubles locating it because it is listed on side window north of the bldg. If you own private car rental company you can always offer something not just tell there is no cars available when you have full parking of cars ."

"I want to give avis the benefit of the doubt, and maybe it's just this location, I get rentals all the time and for all reasons I always go with enterprise usually, but this place has a bad score already and they do not go over and beyond for there customers at all, I call enterprise and say hey iam running late I know u close at this time they will hold back for me especially if iam not from that area and I'll be stuck, this shop don't care about anything, and they pro need to get inspected top to bottom, and retrained on how to deal with people better, even if you're not gonna be open can't do it there was no iam so sorry, or we are not allowed, nothing just we are gonna lock the doors and leave, not a another word, yall go with enterprise just my opinion!!!"

"I reserved a car online and prepaid. When I got to the store, the guy asked for my ID to be run in a machine and said he needed to run a credit check. A credit check for a car? I'm like sure whatever do it. Then he told me my credit wasn't good(which is very incorrect) and couldn't let me rent the car. His solution was to make a new reservation with a major credit card, which was fine. I then asked if I could use the money that I ALREADY PREPAID with online, and he said NO. The Avis in Stevensville is a franchise, and the money I spent with corporate can not go towards my new reservation, and I would have to call corporate to get my money back. Thank you so much for not helping me get a refund, running a credit check for whatever reason, and ultimately making me redo the reservation that I had already done. Worst car rental experience ever."

"I'd give zero stars if I could. I picked up a van from Minnesota and dropped it here. The van was filthy inside and out when I got it and the morning of return it had a flat tire which I notified them of. As I waited in line to return the car I watched the only guy working there be rude to the customer in front of me when he had a simple question. Even watched him roll his eyes at the customer. When I got up to the counter I let the guy know about the flat tire and that I had called about it earlier. Right from the get he had an attitude with me, implying it was my fault. He got upset with me when I didn't know the mileage off the top of my head and then literally yelled at me for not parking it where he wanted it, even though there isn't any signage. I received a survey from Avis asking how my rental was and I gave an honest survey, letting them know I was more than disappointed in the condition of the vehicle and especially how I was treated dropping it off. I received an email back apologizing and stating that the charge for the car would be reversed; it wasn't. Now, a week later that very car that I complained about being filthy inside and out I'm getting hit with a $450 cleaning fee for "pet hair". I never had any pets or passengers, I don't smoke or chew and I cleaned all my trash out when I dropped it off. Convenient timing after making a complaint. These charges are excessive and frivolous and I will be seeking consultation from an attorney!"
