"Sold my parents a faulty tractor, had problems since delivery with the throttle cable, they did make all repairs to things that shouldn't go out on a brand new tractor, but charged my parents full price for obvious factory flaws. Lady at the front desk is beyond rude and very unprofessional when dealing with customers. Now that I was told warranties are completely gone I will NOT return to this very unprofessional business."

Do your self a favor and if you are going to spend your money on lawn equipment or any of the other items which Hollywood offers, give this business a chance to earn your business. You won't be sorry. I have dealt with this company since it opened many years ago and I have never been disappointed. Purchase your equipment from someone who can actually service it and help you with it should you have a problem and Hollywood Small Engine is that company. It's the only place I will purchase new lawn equipment. If your piece of lawn equipment has reached the point where it isn't worth spending money on any longer for repairs, they will be honest and tell you. I would rather be told the honest truth so I can make the best decision and I can always count on Jamie and the guys at Hollywood to be honest, very fair and take great care of my equipment needs. Here is a picture of the Demo which Hollywood dropped off at my home for me to try on Saturday. As a result, I purchased a brand new ExMark Lazer Zero turn mower, identical to the Demo unit, which will be delivered in the morning."
