"Excellent communication and service working on our vehicles. Jen and Dawn have both been very responsive and excellent communicators to keep us updated. They are both very polite and friendly and a pleasure to work with. I also respect how difficult their jobs can be as I stopped in to check on something and they were dealing with a "very difficult" customer, who they were trying very hard to appease. They did a great job. I really appreciate that they will send me text messages when they need to hear from me about approving an additional repair, etc. Often, I am working outside on equipment and I might not hear the phone call, but the text message is easy to respond to and keep the matter moving. John has worked on my Mercedes and also my wife's Ford Expedition. I have extensive knowledge about autos and their repairs and I know for a fact, John was telling me 100% of the truth and all of the necessary details. I can also tell from talking to John and with my knowledge of vehicles, that he has excellent technical skills and is a very competent and honest technician. Recently, I bought another vehicle and I wanted to have the OBD2 port scanned to search for any error or trouble codes. John was very prompt and helpful on this and I am grateful he confirmed what I had checked with my Mercedes Benz code reader. I appreciate his help on this matter as well and having someone I trust to confirm my findings. I really appreciated that he also picked up on two other small issues with my existing vehicle, which i was aware of and his mentioning of these, shows me he is very thorough and honest. The quality of the work is excellent, the pricing is reasonable and quality repair parts are used. They did an excellent job getting us worked into their schedule. They also stand behind their work. I am very pleased to have a good, competent and trustworthy local repair shop to handle the issues with our vehicles that I either don't have the time or simply don't want to repair myself. Glad I stopped by and gave them a try, its been a great experience. As far as the costs possibly being higher than originally quoted, if additional repairs or parts are needed, its going to happen. John had Jen contact me about the condition of the rear brake calipers on my wife's SUV and about how he suggested the calipers also be replaced. He was 100% correct and I would have made the same repair myself. Normally, brake jobs don't include replacing the brake calipers, but when the caliper piston's are overextended, it's time for new calipers. It's not fair to blame the shop or technician when these things happen. New calipers is the PROPER way to conclude the repair so its done safely and thoroughly. I appreciate his honesty and doing the job safely and correctly. He did 100% the right thing. Truth is, had I brought the vehicle in sooner, the calipers probably wouldn't have needed to be replaced. But I don't drive my wife's SUV often and when I did, I noticed how urgently the brakes needed to be repaired. I mentioned this to my wife, but it wasn't as apparent to her and she drives the same vehicle and didn't see the "difference" I noticed when I drove her SUV. This is a good reminder for spouses to drive the other vehicles in their households from time to time, to check on such issues. When I drove my wife's SUV earlier this summer, I noticed I needed to get the brakes done. My procrastination on having the brakes serviced then, is what led to the proper repair needing more parts and increasing the total cost. Main thing is the vehicle was repaired properly and I need to make it a point to drive her truck more often, just to check on such things..... Overall, I give the entire staff at New Heights Auto Service an A++ and am thankful to have found them.....Give them a try...."

"This shop is a rip off. If I would have gotten my car fixed the day they called me the a/c hose was 425.00 waiting one day it then was 325.00 but upon questioning them if I told them to fix it my bill would have been over 504.00 but then they said there was nothing wrong with my A/C. Wow that’s really taking advantage of the public and not helping them. I would not trust this shop at all."

"They replaced my brake pads and rotors. They repaired my exhaust. I have no idea how much this should cost, but I chose this place because I trust they do quality work at a fair price. I'm happy with the results."

"My daughter broke a part of her rear suspension on 94. Had the car towed over to New Heights on recommendation from my sister. I expected a $1,000 quote, but they had it fixed the next day for about $300. Great experience!"
