"Don't buy a generator here. Very poor customer service. Takes weeks for them just to return a phone call and months to schedule a service date. I don't know how many times I have had a power outage and a shiny new generator that does nothing."
"was very excited to work with Stanis Generators. they are very profesional at installing the system and did a fantastic job. the issue i had was with receptionist at thier shop. after having it a year they called and asked if i wanted them to service it. since they put it in i was like sure that would be fine. the guy came on a day when i wasnt home and for all i know there was no service done but they said they did. there was no evidence of anyone being there. so i looked it over and found SEVERAL loose bolts that most likely vibrated loose. i called and asked them about what they did and Kate was short with me and quick to say “that is not part of the annual service”. after everything i asked she kept repeating that phrase. she talked down to me on phone and said if i wanted them to come fix the issues i found they was gonna have to charge me a service call. she went on to say that the only reason i found loose bolts and stuff was because i LOOKED for it. well my question is did they service it with thier eyes closed? i looked it over and within 5 minutes i found several loose bolts. nothing was thier job to fix for the 250$ annual service charge i paid. MY ADVICE : let them install generator because they were very proffesional on that end but DO NOT hire them to service it. and look it over REALLY GOOD before they leave after installing"
