"I had a great experience here with my first major appliance purchase, an Amana dishwasher. It didn't take long since I already knew what I was looking for but the saleswoman was very helpful in making sure I was able to get what I wanted. The price was very reasonable relative to the big box stores. The process was simple and delivery occurred the next day as promised. They offered installation service, for a reasonable fee, but I declined. No complaints. I expect to buy here in the future."
"Fast service call, tech worked well, however they are not helpful when dealing with insurance claims. Had a deep freezer working perfectly, power outage spike caused multiple appliances in the home to go into a hard reset condition, unfortunately freezer circuit board also fried. They said it had low freon so they would not acknowledge the fried circuit card condition. Zero help resolving the issue. Would have used them for estimate and purchase of new freezer but they simply weren’t interested. It’s unfortunate when you want to use a small business but they make that option disappear with poor customer service. Two stars only because service tech’s response and work was the only positive."
"Shop local!!! Great local small business. Bought myself a dehumidifier from them. They had miss typed my phone # & were unable to contact me when my order arrived, so they just brought the dehumidifier right to my house! Awesome service, thanks again!"
"Bought my Speedqueen washer and dryer and am thrilled with my service from them! First we stopped in and asked when they got one to call when it was in. Due to Covid it was near impossible to order anywhere. I was checking old voicemails and they called!!! Message was 2 weeks old so I thought for sure I missed my chance! Nope! They saved it for me!!! Most places would have sold it! Thats the home town kinda service I was hoping for and I got it! Delivery was fast within a few days! They even took away my old set! Good-bye to that heap of fancy brushed stainless Junk! I will only buy appliances from them from now on! They even sent me letter thanking me! Who does that anymore? Such great service!!! Customer for life! ❤️"
