"Just don’t understand how does a bank run a neighborhood improvement program and never follow up on the grant that the homeowner was approved for? Been waiting on Js construction to start work on my property since may and they have the 3700 dollar deposit and horizon does not follow up with the company or the client. Does anybody know how to contact the N I P program or anybody that controls who gets the grant or any information would help."

"Non interest bearing junior checking accounts. The branch manager speaks to customers condescending as if he's doing your child a favor by holding your money that doesn't yield dividends or interest at their institutuon. Seems as though they have a certain view of people from this area and if you don't fit that mold they don't know how to deal with you. Better off at one of the local credit unions for sure."
