"Service was ok but lately went to trash. I usually just buy from there but their tools are always stolen property, their gaming systems and games are broke and u can't take them back, and product is always filthy. This run I put an item in the shop. First, the guy was in my personal conversation and as if he was running a five star pawn shop, had the nerve to try to redirect my important conversation. The place is dirty, expensive to buy from, and give you the least money possible for your personal belongings. Not exactly five star. To add to my bad experience, my wallet was stolen by Doug Harper and the slip from my transaction was in it. I called to make sure the thief couldn't get the item, but was told unfortunately, they would have to give it to them. Seeing as though the slip is in my name, ill see if they do get it, if the pawnshop will help give their name so I have proof of who stole my wallet and weirdly, my ring. Although it's not likely someone would turn the slip in knowing they stole it, now adays people dont think. So I'll change my rating if they at least do that, or maybe give a ststement, to a two star."
