"I love teachers credit union because I have been trying to decide who to finance with. Every time I call others they told me what I need to do or except. No one asked me what I wanted and what I needed them to do other than Teachers Credit Union. I’m so content and grateful to my representative Laura ,she ask where do I want to go from here and what I wanted my interest to be. I was blown away when Laura came back with a rate which was lower than I ever had. She gave me valuable information on other things I was planning to do and they worked out in my favor. People take time and sit down with her and she will take away all the worries and do all the paperwork. "If I could give 0 stars I would. Went here today for the first time and went thru drive thru, once I sent tube to teller, there was a bit of a wait. I kept looking, looking, and finally a lady speaks. I had to go inside because I'm a Navy Federal member. Ok get inside no other customers but me, still trying to figure out why the long wait outside? 2 tellers, one on phone, the other sign up next window, oh yeah 1 security guard on his phone sitting down next to teller, who's on the phone There is no sense of urgency at this establishment. I've never seen customer service representatives this terrible. I felt as if I was infringing on their time. Once I got inside I only interacted with the security guard, and he wasn't to friendly either. Plan on never doing business here again. Debbie downers work here, nothing but gloom and doom."

"I am not happy with the customer service from your teller Ernestine. She is very rude. I walked out of the bank because of how she treated me. I am ready to close my account. I do not understand how you can run a business with employees like this."
