"Very rude over the phone when asking a general question i was asking if they were open to the public when telling her i was trying to do my own taxes and couldnt get it to go through because a local tax wasnt taken out and i was going to ask if she thinks i should just come in and do them but she rudely cut me off and said i dont have time answer questions im with someone else and hung up i was going to make an appointment but now i will never go in there with that kind of bad attitude!!!!!!!!!!! If i could put a zero star i would im in the hospitality industry and im discusted with that customer service"
