"This place is never open at 8 am when I stop by. I am not sure why I pay for a membership every month and can’t use it because they never open on time and are always having some sort of mechanical issue. Frustrating! Follow up 9/5/2024 at 832 am I stopped by and not a soul in sight! No sign that says they are closed. Nothing. Not dependable at all. If you know there is an issue you aren’t working very hard to address it."
"I went to the car wash today and I was hoping for a positive experience. It was my first time there. I decided to sign up for the membership since it was the same price as one wash. I figured I could cancel it later, however, I did not expect to cancel it right after I left. The back side and top of my vehicle looked like I hadn’t even gone through. After the wash, I stopped at the vacuums. There are very few working vacuums and the suction is not strong at all. I was able to vacuum a little out of my car, but not much. I also decided to use the interior and glass sprays, which are great, however, every towel I picked up in the clean towel section was damp and dirty. The only positive was the kind young man working at the car wash that helped my get my code entered when my phone wouldn’t scan. Overall, I’m disappointed with this car wash."
"I’m not one to typically leave bad reviews, but I feel that this one is well deserved. I have been to this location twice and both times my car has been dirty after paying for the $16 triple wash. Along with my car still being dirty, the older gentleman that was working screamed at me and aggressively pounded on the neutral sign with both hands when the tire belt lurched my car forward (and I was already in neutral). Unfortunately, won’t spend my money here again. Pictures are from the wash I paid for today and were taken 10 minutes after the wash."
