"Inventory in this store is a disaster. Thanks for nothing! Pre-ordered 8' wood posts for pickup. Drove an hour out there. 6.5' posts had been picked for the order. An hour wait to find out what their website said they had, they actually had zero of. Refunded. Another hour for this disabled veteran to hand load by myself at menards and pay double."

"Purchased 11 windows and installation 10 were installed 1 was not due to wrong measurements (their mistake) new window was ordered still has not been installed this all started July it is now November and no window install, we have called several times and had in person talks at the store all to no results we still have no date when the window will be installed. Do not buy anything from this store they could care less what you want or need awful customer service"
