"We picked up our order through the window. I had to remind the young man about our 2 liter. I didn’t think to remind him about our dipping sauces. We didn’t receive any of them. We don’t usually have extra Garlic Sauce or Icing around the house. Obviously those items didn’t get eaten this evening. As you can tell from the picture our thin crust pizza was burnt on the edges. When I called the store about the dipping sauces, I failed to mention the burnt pizza. They credited my account $5.00. We weren’t able to eat the Parmesan Bites, the Cinnamon Twists and the outside pieces of the thin crust pizza. I’m thinking that might be worth more than $5.00. So frustrating."
"I ordered pizza from Dominos last night and I was very impressed by the delivery driver, Logan Bates. He arrived on time, wearing a mask and gloves, and greeted me with a friendly smile. He handed me the pizza box and thanked me for my order. He was polite, courteous, and professional throughout the interaction. The pizza was delicious, hot, and fresh. It had the right amount of cheese, sauce, and toppings. It was one of the best pizzas I have ever had. I enjoyed every bite and shared it with my family. We all agreed that it was a great meal. I want to commend Logan Bates for his excellent service and performance. He is a master class model of an employee who deserves a raise and promotion. He told me that he works hard to provide for his daughter, who is his pride and joy. He is a dedicated father and a valuable member of the Dominos team. He made my night better with his kindness and professionalism. I give him and Dominos 5 out of 5 stars. I will definitely order from them again and recommend them to my friends and family. Thank you, Logan Bates, for your outstanding work!"
