"Ordered curbside checked bags to make sure everything was there and was missing a large fry. No big deal I was still there so I was able to get it but when I got home to actually eat my husband's and I Bacon dbl quarter pounder had no bacon on it."
"I'm a dasher and if you order delivery, just know they do not acknowledge us. Not sure why they have a to-go rack when they never use it. I've watched bags sit on the counter ready to go while we're all waiting but no one around to hand it over. They aren't going to be hot by the time we reach you because McDonald's let it sit for 10+ minutes without a heat lamp or anything. The people are nice, they just don't get paid enough to care so I kinda get it."
"I used the mobile app to order then went through the drive thru thinking that I could get my order in a timely manner & my food would be fresh...boy was I wrong!! After sitting in the drive-thru line for almost 30 minutes before I could get to the 2nd window, my fries were so cold, salty & old that even the wild animals didn't want to eat them. Plus they got my order completely wrong and since the lobby was closed I was forced to sit in the drive-thru line AGAIN for another 20 minutes just to get told that I'd have to wait another 8 minutes for them to make my order correct...I was so frustrated and late going to my appointment that I finally just took a refund and left starving."
"I never expect great service at a McDonald’s, but this one was really bad. An older employee and a younger employee were yelling at each other which seemed inappropriate and uncomfortable. Beyond that, I ordered a single hot coffee and waited 25 min on it. I wouldn’t wish visiting this McDonald’s on my worst enemy!"
"We waited in drive up line for 20min with no explanation as to why it was or why it took so long. Staff said absolutely nothing to us except the amount. Tried to ask what was taking so long and not one person would answer. Not very friendly. Very poor organization of staff. And to top it all off they tried to give us the wrong order. It time there and last time. Good thing we live in Spencer. At least they are friendly there."
