Been trying to get an estimate on getting a patio poured and it's just so funny to me that a small business that advertises free estimates can never answer the phone or respond to a message. When they go out of business I wont be surprised."

"Big Jim’s Concrete came and gave me an estimate on removal/replacement of sidewalks and additional driveway work. Bob came and gave the estimate, explained the process in detail. He explained the use a stronger mix of concrete, the type of stone they use, the wire mesh, and a process to help the sidewalk from settling again. I accepted, as explained the work that was quoted was done exactly as explained. Excellent craftsmanship and happy with the experience. Bob and Ryan are professional and knowledgeable, they have a passion for quality work and it is noticeable."
