"Maybe it's my pride, but I'm always hesitant to ask for help. I was having some issues with my outdoor spigot and tried for weeks to solve it. I would read articles, watch videos, go to a store to pick up a part, then return it because my house apparently has a spigot that nobody else on the internet has. After fighting with this for weeks, I learned of Leeps. I didn't know there was one in Lowell, but that's where I decided to try. I took a few parts from my spigot into the store to show them the issue I was having, and they immediately knew how to solve it. They went back, grabbed my part, and I was in and out in 2 minutes. My spigot no longer leaks and now I know I have somebody I can go to for plumbing questions rather than wasting all my time trying to figure it out myself."
