"I brought my Kubota and new grapple and 3rd function kit to the service today. I asked how much would it cost to install the 3rd function kit. The lady in the office checked and she said it will take 4,5 h for the kit and 1,5h to install grapple! They charge $120/h! So the bill would be 6x120= $720!!! for labor only , because I have all the needed parts.I meet their technician outside and he said the same thing. I came back home to watch 2 videos on YouTube and installed that by myself in the garage in 2.5 h!"

"UPDATE: Andy is a complete liar and Angie is totally incompetent. They both need to pay Barry for the commission they stole from him today! Despite Andy’s lack of professionalism on the phone regarding their shady website, I needed the mower and arrived today to buy it. As I was measuring it for transport Angie screamed and said I’m not aloud to measure her mowers she was screeching and yelling across the store… one of her coworkers informed her I was doing it to see if it would fit but that didn’t stop her… she kept yelling she kept demanding I’m not aloud to measure.?.?.? And when Andy showed up his absolute incompetence to the situation forced me to take my business elsewhere. Angie and Andy literally chased a $15000 sale out the door today. They are terrible. Bryan from watseka location is very professional and helpful in the ways he can be so I do appreciate Brian and Barry trying to help navigate through this clown show. I was buying the mower from Barry today… Shady company with a very shady website… I was approved for financing after clicking a link “apply for financing” right under the mower I was buying. I applied and was approved… the reps at McCullough Bryan and Barry told me they have no idea who put that link on their website and have no idea who I just gave my details too. They have no record of my financing app and can’t help at all… when I call the financing company they said McCullough is often changing vendors and rarely remembers their current partnerships. They are currently trying to contact each other but have no idea what they are doing. This place is a circus."

"Pros: - Good communication - Professionalism - Good turnaround time Cons: - Actual price of repairs exceeded estimate by quite a lot, however they did work with me to try to lower the price a bit. - Repair was done in such a manner as to allow the same issue to recur again in the future: worn hydraulic hose rubbing against metal connector was replaced, but positioned in exactly the same manner which caused the failure to begin with (hose rubbing against metal). Should have been wrapped with something and/or positioned slightly differently to avoid the same issue in the future."
